THE INCREDIBLE POWER OF THE FEMININE
"There is no life without Woman"
Woman shapes the world.
It is Woman who gives birth to every man, woman, and child you see. Without Woman, there would be no human species on this planet. Sperms may be frozen to fertilise eggs, but there will be no babies without Woman to gestate new life in her precious womb. As a woman, take a moment right now, breathe into your juicy belly and feel this awesome fact. Gently appreciate how amazing it is to be a woman.
With a few exceptions, Woman also moulds every human being on this planet before he or she is released into life. Up until the last few decades, our full-time job was to knead, shape and sculpt our children, to prepare and equip them for the feast of living. Okay, we know this scenario has changed quite a bit, now that we are muscling in with our man to pay the mortgage and put food on the table, but mothers are still primary carers, especially for the first ten years, the vital period when most of the psychic programming takes place. Our daily influence and interactions with our child play a fundamental part in the person they become.
So, if we don't like the look of the world out there, we, women collectively, are partly responsible for it. We may not have directly caused the disharmony and war out there but its important we see that perhaps by not being in touch with the true potential of who we are as women, it
has compromised our influence on the world. By not believing in our innate power to heal and nurture everything that crosses our path, and by being frightened ourselves, we have contributed to the confusion and disarray around us. We must stop blaming men, the government, society, our neighbours or anyone else for that matter for the way the world is.
To take responsibility is the most empowering thing. To own up also means we can make amends and move on. Nobody will beat us with
a big stick just because we've messed up. To pretend it has nothing to do with us is to give away our power. In that moment, we are doomed, back to the illusion that we are the weaker gender. Back to untruths like men rule the world, so theres nothing I can do about life out there or what difference can one person make? Lies hurt and we suffer. Truth sets us free, free to take notice and do something about it.
So we have helped shaped the world as it is. Knowing that we yield so much power in our hands, we can set out to make things right again.
The first place we need to apply this power is in ourselves. The first world you sort out is your own. Does peace reign in your inner world? Or do you attack yourself whenever you feel you don't measure up? Are you gentle and kind with your own soul? Or do you neglect the sound of your own screaming heart? Are you honest with who you are? Or do you pretend to be something else and cheat the world from delighting in the real you? Be the walking peace. Be the talking kindness. Be the living joy. The world will follow. Such immensity is this God-given feminine power.
Responsibility is our ability to respond to what needs Love right now. We need our Love and so does the world.
